Any wallet out there (ideally mobile app) that can do recurrent sends?

Looking for a wallet that has a recurrent send feature, from an eth address to another eth address. Ideally I'd like it to be:

- supports arbitrum and/or optimism and/or polygon

- mobile phone app

- open source

I'm aware the phone would need to online at the time the schedule triggers, though the app should be smart enough to initiate the transfer as soon as possible after the phone comes online.
