I started using Atomic Wallet years ago to learn about software wallets. It initially worked fine but had slower transfers than other SW I tested. I also transferred/received those free Reddit avatars without issues. However, after the well-known Atomic Wallet fiasco, many users lost money and dealt with poor customer service. Recently, I had a post pop-up about user having BTC deposited to their wallet and obviously it was bullshit. I commented as much. Out of curiosity I decided to check my old AW account. Unsurprisingly, an ETH transfer from a year ago was still pending. I had to take a shit, so I decided to browse AW sub only to find I was permanently banned for my recent comment. Did I do something wrong? Either way, imo, stay away from Atomic Wallet! Comment and mod message in pics [link] [comments] |
