Be careful of this when writing down your seed phrase

So I have heard all the stuff about how we should protect our seed phrases, and the multitude of ways we can store them to keep them from the elements and theft.

But something happened to me today that made me break a little sweat.

So when I went to use my seed phrase. One of the words was incorrect, luckily the CB wallet highlights the one that isn’t correct.

It turns out as I wrote my seed phrase down some time ago, I kinda skim read the word ‘favourite’ and wrote it as I know it. The actual word was the American spelling ‘favorite’.

Just thought I’d give you guys a heads up as I believed I lost my wallet for a few minutes until it finally clicked that I wrote the word down the English way rather than the American way it is in my seed phrase.
