I joined the crypto space about a month ago , through binance. After about a week or 2 I set up my first hot wallet, but I've only just withdrew my BTC because of the fees taking up a large % of my transaction. I recently heard binance allows lightning withdrawals so the fees should be lower, but they were still made up a high % of my transaction. Then just now I was watching a video called 'Big Bitcoin Breakthrough (Splicing)' and at 0:33 the creator said the transaction should cost less than a penny. So I was wondering if there is an exchange that offers lower BTC withdrawal fees?
Also to make it clear I know the fees take up a large % of the transaction because I'm only withdrawing small amounts.
