Best crypto debit cards for use in the EU

Hi everyone

I'm looking for a card to spend crypto with, mainly for daily activitities like buying groceries or buying gas. I'll only use this card in the EU, but I'm planning to travel around sometime soon so the card should be accepted in most countries within the EU.

I've used the CDC card in the past but ever since they rugpulled their card holders I've stopped using them. Coinbase and Binance are also not an option for me, since Coinbase doesn't operate in the EU (can anyone confirm?) and Binance has had too many regulatory issues in the past.

People have suggested Plutus and Nexo to me. Can anyone confirm that these cards are worthwile? Are there any other cards that I should be aware of?

I'm not looking for huge givebacks. A useful card to spend crypto in stores, with a low transaction cost, is perfect for me.
