Best UK method for bitcoin exposure

Since the UK is a backwards country, we don't allow Crypto or Crypto Derivatives (such as the Spot ETF) in our tax-advantaged share dealing accounts (ISA).

Since we despise any attempt to build wealth in our middle class, we also reduced the capital gains tax threshold this year to £3000.

Since £3000 is almost nothing, and paying CGT on bitcoin is extremely shit (your losses are your losses, your gains are our gains), what's your favourite tax free option for bitcoin exposure?

1. Buy Coinbase - with ETF being the primary inflow now is a primarily retail exchange still relevant?
2. Buy MicroStrategy - massive premium over spot ETFs, currently tanking.
3. Buy miners like Riot - very low stock price right now but halving essentially means 50% of their income immediately disappears? Priced in?
4. Spread bet on Bitcoin (gambling is tax free in UK) - no idea how well this would work in practice.
5. Just accept to pay the 10 to 20% capital gains tax and buy on exchange the normal way.
