Best way to transfer 1inch frob Binance to Trust wallet for staking?

So I'm looking to transfer my 1inch from my Binance acocunt to my Trustwallet, and then stake directly on the 1inch exchange. Binance is only offering 3% while 1inch is offering over 20%

I see that when withdrawing 1inch to Trust, i have to decide BEP20 or ERC20. Bep20 has almost no fees while ERC20 is insanely expensive.
However, I dont understand if I have to choose one or the other, and what it will mean for the next process where I transfer from Trustwallet to the 1inch exhcnage for staking.
