BETH and ETH staking on Binance

Hi everyone, I have staked my ETH and have received my BETH. I know that trading BETH for ETH will mean losing a small part, so I was wondering what's the best thing to do right now? I'd like to keep staking my BETH or ETH, but at the moment i'm sitting with BETH in my portfolio after the 30 days staking period ended and I don't know if you can stake BETH instead or how that rewards thing for holding BETH actually works on Binance. Can someone help clarifying? Thanks a lot!
