My 2FA randomly stopped working (Same one I have used for years). Now I'm unable to sign into my account and support have been unresponsive for over 72Hrs. ( Yes my authenticator is sync'd and I have followed all guides suggesting its user fault. )
As a day trader this is my lifelyhood, this is ridiculous that this can happen in the first place but the lack of support is inexuseable for a major exchange such as this.
How can you expect the anyone to take this platform seriously when simple things like this can occur?Can binance support please contact me ASAP
