Binance bridge 6 hours pass my transaction still waiting for confirmation

Hi, i tried using binance bridge to bridge my ETH from ethereum network to bsc but already 6 hours pass and in history it still says waiting for confirmation. How long do still need to wait? Is my fund lost already and will never be recovered? Is binance really this slow?

Update: Got my ETH a few minutes ago. So for those who will try to bridge ETH to BSC using binance bridge you need to wait roughly 8 hours and submit a ticket to their support.
