A few weeks ago I tried to trade some coins and when I did, I received this message: Account temporarily disabled, contact customer support. I have done that, they opened a ticket and said that the compliance team will contact me. Weeks passed by and nobody contacted me. Today I noticed that the account is still disabled and they closed the ticket. I opened a new ticket with customer support, but this is frustrating and it feels like there is no progress. Did anyone else go through with this? Thank you!
