binance disbled and blocked me

As I mentioned few days again My account for disabled by binance and have been requested to withraw my fund however wtirawa was blocked too so I couldnt do this I opened a case and asked them let me do the withdrawal if they will't permit me to make use of their service anymore they needed verification proof of winer ship ids videos bank account and so on.. I gave them all however .. After ten days they shut my case and account and don't permit me to withraw both nor I can open a brand new case to ask them the rationale Basicly they took my money and I have nowhere to go now Anyone has any concept tips on how to clear up this!?
