Binance has held over $65,000 of my funds hostage and refuses to acknowledge my claims tickets!!

Binance holding $65,000 hostage for over two months, will not respond to any ticket claims!!

I was grandfathered into my Binance Global account 4 years ago and have about $65,000 on it. About two months ago I tried withdrawing my funds and got an error code saying that withdrawal of my funds would be disabled. I contacted Binance and started my case id #72410038. It has been over two months, I have filed multiple ticket claims because I have never received any acknowledgement from them. I have sent them DMs, spent hours on the chat support, countless emails, I tweets to them, and I have contacted Binance US (I have a verified Binance US account). and still there is no word from them!

I don't like to think that Binance is stealing funds, but the way they have refused to let me withdraw or transfer has been very alarming. There is no way to get in contact with them. Please help steer me in the right direction of getting this resolved if anybody has had the same issues! An upvote would be highly appreciated too
