3. For weeks my tickets have been escalated multiple times but no one responds and tickets time out.

I've submitted all requested videos, screenshots, selfies, address, drivers license, email and phone confirmation, my hardware, my software, my browser, my cookies, communication records, IP address, account number, signup date, deposit date, deposit address, sender address, hash ID, etc. This is very excessive but I have complied, just to be ignored. This is borderline extortion.

What happened: I accidentally sent ETH to "Binance" instead of "Binance Bridge". Noticed token wasn't wrapped, realized my mistake and instantly sent it back to my wallet of origin. Transaction rejected and withdrawals suspended for months.

I continue to beg you for my own money and you continue to hold it hostage. You use my money as your own personal loan to circumvent interest payments. Very unprofessional and unacceptable.
