I just woke up to find that I am locked out of my binance account for "security reasons or country restrictions". For context, I am a Syrian passport holder living in Germany. I've been told by binance I have to wait 6 to 12 hours to speak to a customer service agent and I am currently not able to withdraw any funds. Does anyone know what's going on and why are they doing this to me?
