Binance is god aweful.

Does anyone know from experience how long it takes for their shitty customer support to actually respond back to you after you create a ticket? I've made three tickets this past week and not one single reply. For some reason a BNB purchase I made didn't go thru and they locked my account and now I cant trade or send any of my other coins from my Binance wallet and it's sort of time sensitive obviously since prices move every second. I will never use them again when I get my coins off their shitty exchange.
