Binance keep redirecting me to the failed verification page

Hi,

I made a Binance.com account a few days ago. I after I sent all the personal informations to verify my identity, binance told me that the home address I inserted was different from the one that was provided. I tried various address formats to be sure I was writing it wright but I kept getting the same error. Today I'm trying to access the website, but as soon as I enter with 2fa auth, I get redirected to this page:

The problem is: if I click on the profile icon (top right of the page) and I get back to my dashboard and after a few seconds the site redirects me back to this pag while If I click on \"try again\" and insert my home address then I get this pop up:

and if I click on \"ok\" I get redirected back to the error page (first image) and after a few minutes a sms tells me that the home addres verification failed.

I would like to change the document I sent for my identity verification, since I think that from the one I sent they can't read correctly my home address. But the problem is that I can't even access to my dashboard since I instantly get redirected to this error page over and over.

I tried cleaning my cache and cookies but nothing changed, I tried from the mobile app but I get the same error.

Google also didnt show my any result similiar to what is happening to me.

Does anyone have an idea of what I should do to solve this problem ?

I didn't have any money on my account so if it would be necessary to delete it and creating a new one it would not be a problem (but because of this error I can't even reach the page to delete the account before getting redirected).
