Binance literally just made 70 usd dissapear after i made spot trades buying low and selling high.

The first trade worked fine and i made 13 usd profit. The next two trades i sold and bought at the same exact prices but no profit and instead lost my crypto to literal thin air. Now their incompetent chat even after me providing screenshots and the loss of funds making no sense and having 0 posibility transferred me to a senior department who are now not replying.
