PLEASE, PLEASE HELP WITH UPVOTES! My Account 3 years y 6 months Locked Binance.com Case ID: #89276939 3 years and 6 months ago, Without any notice Binance locked my account while I could not trade nor withdraw my coins and I have lost a lot due to the current volatility. It is really really sad watching the price go down without being able to do anything. I 've been contacting Binance Customer Support, and issued a number of tickets, but many times they didn't respond to me and closed the tickets as if the issue had been solved. Or when they answered, they responded to me 1 month after I issued my tickets. Last night they told me that their relevant team would respond to me 4 or 5 hours later, so I waited without sleeping and it turned 6 a.m. and I waited and waited for 9 hours but they didn't respond to me, so I decided to talk with them myself through a different chat to ask how longer I would have to wait... I don't know how many times I cried due to the issue(my locked account with the fund). I know that there are a lot of people who have the same issue(where Binance locked customers' accounts). I'd really really appreciate if you guys help me give me upvotes so that my voice can be heard.I uploaded a video so that they can verify my account and I followed COMPLETELY the instructions the gave me as below (https://www.binance.com/en/support/faq/6f55ebfd552b43c28ff42f839d034d73), but it was rejected twice so far. For example they told me the following when I said the instructions didn't say anything like I needed to show my face at the beginning of the video(which of course I didn't know that) . When I said that(I followed the instructions), they changed the topic saying everyone does the way CS tells them to do. But I made a video as they told me to again, and they told me the following " Even if you send 200 videos as long as it is missing a process it will be rejected. Please make sure to READ follow properly to save time and effort." AS below, I asked him to check the video so that it would't be rejected, saying " please check the video so that it won't be rejected. I have had the issue for 3 years. I want to solve it " they told me " Thank you for your patience! " When I asked him to check the latest video so that it would be rejected, he just said " When I said we are now looking into it, do you mean you feel that we are not helping? As I have checked, your case is currently under review and pending in a different department. I have requested for a follow up as I understand the urgency of this matter. " I don't want to give up because I want to protect my family.
