I recieved yesterday the Binance Card and I activated it , made an online purchace to check if it works and it did work in fact. I tried using it in a store today and it got declined , tried to withdraw some money from an atm and it said that the card is not debited. Im from Romania and I really honestly dont have a clue why is this happening. Can someone explain please?
