I'm reading the python API and it says that I paginate by specifying time windows (max of 90 days)/max orders (1000). Maybe I'm missing something but this seems error prone: you have to scan back to the dawn of binance to make sure you catch the orders, since returning no entries might just mean noone has withdrawn in 90 days.
Am I wrong? I'm used to pagination APIs having an 'id' to start from that you can get from the last returned value. Is there a similar way here?
