Binance stole my ethereum classic coins that I mined

I started mining with my own rigs by establishing an open etc pool. I used my binance etc wallet as pool wallet. I mined the 14866436 block. this is the block detail https://blockscout.com/etc/mainnet/block/14866436/transactions

Although the 3.200043024 ETC block reward I won was visible in block explorer, it was not among my assets in binance. I opened a ticket about the problem. After the event, I continued mining using a different etc wallet. I sent the block reward I won to binance. Everything gets weird from here on out.

I have 6.400343024 ETC in my account and binance transferred coins with this tx https://blockscout.com/etc/mainnet/tx/0x0ef028cd15890885def78d9e4d9944622e857ce5fffb2950b3f60e620267b0df/internal-transactions

but the weird thing is it only transferred 3.2 etc to my binance account and not the rest. In tx id the amount is 6.40 and half stolen by binance.

I've been trying to solve this problem for more than 10 days and I'm getting silly answers from binance who don't understand the problem.
