I am sorry prematurely for sounding indignant. The worst Buyer Service expertise I have ever interacted with.
I'll try to hold it considerably brief.
A quick backstory to it, is i had met up with a buyer and bought my gaming laptop, they requested if they might use crypto, to which i agreed, believing it was protected.
A number of days later Binance seems my account of creating any trades or withdrawals.
Thoughts you, i had most of my money in my Binance as i had just gotten paid, I'm still a scholar and really didn't have much, and this laptop was my method of getting some extra cash simply to get by.
Naturally, i contacted Binance, displaying the little proof i had because it was an in-person meetup and plenty of it was decided on a name, this additionally does mean that the opposite individual couldn't have had any proof both, which means they should have fabricated one thing, which i doubt Binance cared enough to examine, there was a variety of forwards and backwards for almost an entire day and i obtained left with them giving me virtually no extra info but saying, i have to pay the individual back, which i obviously can't, seeing as i bought my laptop computer and this was principally most the money i had, and nothing a lot else to sell. I continued they usually stated, to contact the opposite get together, which i attempted to no avail, and that they might look into this inside 2 to 4 weeks.

They stated it might be marked as solved, however i consider it was in all probability their try at hoping i might overlook ultimately and truly marking it as solved. I messaged them back 2-3 days later, then they principally simply stated the same thing. So i left it now.
Here is the great part. I obtained an e mail yesterday saying i acquired a brand new message on Binance, but open making an attempt to log into my account... i received the message my account had been disabled..
This was outrageous.. I messaged customer support, with out having logged in naturally and like all the time the crappy customer service just stated "...I should switch you to the specialized group..."
And now i have been waiting for almost 24 hours.

I don't know what to do, is there floor for legal action towards Binance or something?
My cash and my laptop computer are both now gone, and I'm struggling right here.
This have to be a joke Binance.
