Binance - UK Corporate Identity Veritication

Q: IS it actually possible to verify a UK Limited company as a binance corporate account.? ie has anyone done it recently?

Problem: " Your nationality is not valid for document verification, please contact customer service. "

I was born in the UK and am only a citizen of the UK.

I have got a separate personal binance account that passed basic validation.

1. they want my passport...I don't have a valid one right now. I have a driving licence but they won't accept that.
2. They want my memorandum and articles of association. I have the originals! Yet a photo of them is not good enough as they are 'not official'
3. I can't open a chat case with them. the chat just gives standard responses.
