KYC issues

Hey folks, need some help here. Backstory - Created a binance account and never got it verified cause of laziness till my deposits/withdrawal were blocked until KYC commences. I had another account I created in the past so I thought I would KYC with my dad's id. After completing the verification, turns out that he had already created his account and KYCd there long ago. So binance shows me a message saying 'you already have a verified account, kiny use the same to enjoy Binance services' I cannot seem to restart the entire KYC process again. How do I move along from here? Anyway to reset the entire process again?
