Binance Visa card not working

hi there, I recently got a Binance credit card and have done everything I have to do like transferring funds to the card out of my spot, also arranging the various coins in order of which to use, but I still can't withdraw from multiple ATM's around, I get the message transaction not allowed or approved even though I have more than adequate funds on the card, I'm a missing something or is this normal?
