Binance Visa Card Problem

I used my Binance Card to buy online and my payment got canceled and my money was withdraw from my card but i didn’t get what i ordered because my payment got canceled. I talked with the company where i used my card and they told me that they canceld the payment because the card was not accepted and they dont have the money. I was waiting to receive back my money because the order was canceled. How can i get my money back to my binance visa card?
