Bitcoin grounds the digital with the real

This metaverse implosion got me thinking, people don’t care about digital worlds , digital real estate etc - these things aren’t “real” they exist on a server, can be replicated ad nauseum and have no tangible value

But what about digital money? Bitcoin is different, it’s digital but directly linked to real life as it’s created and constrained by energy harnessed from the wind, fossils and oceans of planet earth.
