Personal account is restricted pending SoF and trading history review. Anybody have experience with Bitstamp how to approach an unreasonable and overly burdensome KYC requests? At this point, I just want to withdraw fiat and crypto and close the account. The documentation they're requesting is impossible to provide.
What are your suggestions to get the funds unblocked, it seems that fighting this review is a lost cause. Btstamp rep handling the review made it their personal mission to screw with my partners accounts and now mine.
