Blofin crypto exchange has anyone tried it ?

Apparently this company called blofin was open to that public 2023 but founded the company in 2018. The account seems to missing some features such as paper trading , a leader board for traders, trader tools such as trading views tool to mark up your charts. Received deposit $500 in BTC currency and $100 of usdt but for some reason the network address TRC20, says it’s an invalid wallet address. Have tried contacting there support no response as of yet. Has watched videos on blofin tutorials and there doesn’t seem to be any good tutorials. There are ranked 25th of the best crypto exchanges trading companies but how with so many missing attributes and non-working backend functionality .
