BTC loadable Visa card

I'm looking for a prepaid debit Visa card that I can deposit BTC on and use as a Visa charge or at an ATM to withdraw cash in a country's local currency (possibly living in central america for a few months). Ideally I would like something that keeps the value of BTC instead of loading the equivalent USD Price when I buy the card. For example, I put 0.1 BTC on the card today and it's worth $2,700, but a week let's say the value goes to $2,800. Now the card has the equivalent of $2,800 USD. Is there anything like this on the market? Thanks.
