I am considering buying bitcoin by giving a random stranger a prepaid debit card, an amex or visa gift card. The problem I see here is i don't know what these people do with the gift card. imagine I give the guy an amex gift card and he gives me bitcoin. Then he goes to some site and buys something shady or illegal with the gift card. Then authorities will go "I wonder who bought this gift card that was used to buy this drug/gun/etc? let's check the store's security camera where this gift card was bought"
