A U.S. based friend, who is originally from Ukraine, is trying to move their money from two Ukrainian banks (Vostok Bank and Monobank) to the U.S. Because of the war, it sounds like these Ukrainian banks are only allowing daily wire transfers of $200. Has anyone had any experience with purchasing BTC using a Ukrainian bank?
