Buying Coinbase insurance, using as savings acct?

Here we go I’m prepared to get slammed for asking this question. Anyone who DMs me will get blocked

So I’ve been scammed before and to be honest, moving my money to a wallet scares the fuck out of me. The 12 code phrase scares me. I have an okay amount of money on Coinbase and Coinbase pro. I don’t know why but I fear that I will lose everything if I store it and rely on some phrase or usb. I just can’t handle that stress

I am thinking of keeping it all on Coinbase and getting the Coinbase insurance. I use an authenticator app to login to Coinbase. I don’t know why I feel safer doing it with a regular log in and having a support team that can help me anytime and it just gives me peace of mind if anything goes wrong. I’m a long term investor and I’m hoping to keep bitcoin for 3-10 years. Yes I know not my keys not my coins. But is this that bad of an idea? Coinbase will basically insure my money and I can exchange coins however I’d like.
