Cannot access my funds for over a month.

For over a month now I cannot access my account and it is still blocked. I have reached out to their support team every single day and I am not getting any valid reason for my suspension. All they say is that they will unblock it in 5 days, which they dont. And we are spinning in circles.

I really need to access my funds cause it is the qurstion of existential matter now. Can anyone help me? What should I do? Please only comment if you have a solution.
