Can't get my money out of Binance account

I've been trying to withdraw my funds from Binance for months now with no
success. A few days ago it finally happened... they completely blocked my
account and over $7k are lost. I've submitted endless tickets and tried
to unblock my withdraw functions without even getting as much as a
reply. My last ticket is #72107249. Yesterday I finally managed to message with someone from CS and he seemed like he was going to help, I've sent him verification videos etc. At the end he told me he needs to transfer me to another department, that was 24h ago and I've not heard anything back. I'm able to login now but its telling me that my account will be suspended indefinitely 20h... withdraw function is still blocked even though I've submitted verification videos already twice. I hope someone can help with this, would hat to lose my money.
