Can't withdraw due to failed identity verification

Hi, I have had 2 Binance accounts for a long time, one is verified and when I tried to verify the second one, it failed saying I can not have a second account. Support suggested doing a migration at the cost of losing all funds in the unverified account which is unacceptable because most funds are in the unverified account. So support suggested identifying as a different person, they reset the identification process and we used my friend's Id. That also failed because it seems it is not supported by the system. So support suggested that the last option was to withdraw using the 0.05btc daily, but after 2 withdrawals the 24hs limit doesn't reset and I can't withdraw funds. Support says they raised a ticket to remove limits but will take a while.

I have spent so much time on this and it is so frustrating. Anyone else experienced this? I haven't slept in days worried that Binance will not return my funds. Some of the support people say I can't withdraw without identifying but they don't let me identify and I am stuck.
