Cashback Tiers

I have an odd issue.

I have about 220BNB all staked in earn on Binance. I monitor the fiat wallet daily and roll over any rewards or maturities immediately into new staking terms. This situation has existed for basically 2 years. Therefore my BNB fiat wallet always has tiny balances only.

I have the Binance card. Before, I saw I was level 1 for cashback - maybe 6 months ago. Today, I was just exploring the APP and wanted to check in on the tiers in case of any changes. I discovered I am now tier 4. Previously, others have said that staked earn balances do not count towards the cashback tier. I am confused about this. I should either be level 1 (if earn balances don't count) or level 5 (if they do). I should never be level 4.

Support, have transferred me between multiple people. Nobody has an answer yet. Any insight appreciated.
