Cheaper maker/taker than Coinbase and instant withdraw to UK Bank?

I am transferring my monthly salary from Thailand to the UK.

The money had to follow this route

Thai Bank -> Bitkub(Thai Exchange) -> Coinbase -> UK Bank

I am using XLM for transferring which saved a lot of txn fee. However Coinbase Pro’s maker and taker fee are as high as 0.5% per trade. I was wondering if there is anyone living in the UK who can suggest me with an exchange with cheaper fees and allow you to instantly withdraw to a bank like Coinbase without having to to a wire transfer.
