As a long-time client and avid referrer for Coinbase, I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with their appalling customer support. I have had to start over four times in just two days, and yesterday alone, I reached out to support three times, only to receive unhelpful and indifferent responses.
The support agents seemed disinterested in resolving my issue and provided generic troubleshooting steps that I had already attempted. It was clear that they lacked the necessary knowledge or simply couldn't be bothered to assist me.
Today, I hoped for a better outcome, but to my dismay, I had to start from scratch yet again. It's shocking that a reputed company like Coinbase subjects its loyal customers to such a frustrating experience.
I have referred many individuals to Coinbase over the years, but I am appalled by the lack of respect shown towards their clients. The time wasted on repetitive explanations and fruitless attempts to resolve my issue is unacceptable.
Coinbase must take immediate action to rectify this situation and prioritize its customers. Until they demonstrate a sincere commitment to improving their support services, I cannot recommend their platform. Prospective users should be aware of Coinbase's lackluster support and consider alternatives that value customer satisfaction and loyalty.
