Confused at the new limit order page in the app

Can someone please clarify the new limit order within the binance app. Why is there no subject to set the restrict worth? This makes zero sense to me now, this may sell on the current market worth since a limit worth can't be set???? That is simply the identical as a market order.

Also I can't access the binance help pages as these are blocked within the UK since binance square can also be blocked, so I want to make use of a VPN simply to entry assist and faq ????. Things just worsen and dumber.
