Jack Dorsey created an NFT of his first tweet and sold it for $2.9m (it's worthless now). My question is, since an NFT is just a url, couldn't anyone have minted this NFT or does it have to be the owner?
Is it possible for another NFT to be created using the same url using the same or different blockchain. If this is the case, and you can literally create the same NFT, why would it be worth anything?
