Hi, I've recently acquired the Binance Card. So I've switched my monthly cell phone bills to this new card for automatic payments every month. The first time you do this, the company puts a pre authorization on your card of 2 Euros, that they do not touch and you normally get back within a few days.
Thing is, it's been nearly 2 weeks and I haven't seen the money back, the status on the transaction shows PAID, so it's not Confirmed, so nobody took the money on the merchant side. I had seen similar issues and the comments suggested dealing with Swipe. But I have tried this and they have told me to check with Binance...
So this leaves me a bit perplexed, since Binance seems to only send me the thanks for your patience message... It is only 2 Euros, but it's making me doubt the legitimacy of this card for future bigger purchases if it will always be this hard in case of refunds...
I love Binance but please fix this...
