I am using crypto.com since few years, recently my account has been frozen. I have contacted customer service and asked if I need to provide sny identity, adress verification or source of money, the answer was ... not needed now. The only recent action was transfering some coins from my other OWN account to crypto.com. They said they will check and come back to me in 48 hours, which is not happened. Did anybody have similar experience? Are there free to do whatever they want and who is responsible for possible losses. What is the lawful way to go against it?
