Data scientist job in crypto space. Tips on landing one and share your experience?

I am a data scientist (senior level with 10+ years exp) in non-crypto space. I wonder if the data scientist in crypto space can share their likes, dislikes, and other experience about working as a DS in the crypto industry. And the tips/advice to help prepare oneself to get a DS job in the crypto space, ie, tech stacks, interview process (i.e., behavior, technical questions, leet code, etc), and how best can someone from non-crypto space to show potential employers their capabilities in an area they haven't had direct working experience? I have crypto experience since 2017, and have made bots to help myself trade crypto and NFTs, I wonder if there are other things I should look into to show for?
