Deleting binance account to create a new one for the referral commission kickback

I recently had created a binance account with a referral link to get 10% commission kickback, but after some days I found out that I could get up to 20%.

I want to delete my account and create a new one, but I already ordered the physical binance card, so I have some doubts.

1. Can I still create a new account after deleting mine?

2. Do you think it is worth the hassle just too have that 10% commission kickback?

3. Does the kickback work only for crypto to crypto transactions or even for fiat to crypto transactions?

4. What will happen to my binance card in case of account deletion?

I don't know if it is relevant, but I use binance in Europe. Thanks for the help.
