Deposits and withdrawals

Maybe one of you can help me.

I'm actually a big fan of Binance, but for months I've been waiting for a function to return that is excused with maintenance work.

Deposits and withdrawals from IOTA.

Does anyone know what's going on at Binance or do I really need another broker?

I really understand a lot of things, but in my opinion that is either inability or ignorance.

There is no real support that is so strictly limited to individual topics that it is simply no help, even feedback is only limited to 4 options.

Therefore, I register here and would just like to receive a status update or simply the statement that you need a new broker, then the case is settled for me.

That would be a shame, because I really appreciated the simplicity of binance before the problem, but gradually I get the impression that they just don't care about the whole thing.
