Desperate for a refund

Hello, i am waiting to get a refund on my binance card for 30 days now and i am getting desperate, support dose not answer me from 36 hours straight now, i have provided them with all the email from the supplier that the funds have been sent( emails, payment confirmations etc.) but nothing, they simply refuse to answer. What can i do ? who and were can i contact?

Did anybody encounter this and what did you do?

It is an important sum of money for me so this is stressing me out real hard.
