What this platform is pulling is borderline abusive, reckless and bullyish.
I exploit the platform for longterm holding and immediately I needed to get up to an E-mail literally threatening me with lack of capacity to make use of my account's options of anything aside from withdrawal if I do not confirm my id. Having to even get the silly app, scan a PASSPORT and submit my ADDRESS for evaluate, regardless that I had already executed this once I made my purchases. That is extremely unprofessional to not ask for this but FORCE it once more UNDER THREAT, to a repeated buyer with no prior warning. Behaviour like that is extremely invasive and simply does not look good for you.
