Do you think there could be a day in the future where crypto becomes bigger than the stock market?

This could be a fantasy idea but I think it could be an interesting scenario if it ever became possible one day. In reality if it ever would happen we probably aren't anywhere near that at this point in time.

Imagine though- the year is 2050- crypto is more popular than ever. Bitcoin is a normal part of banks and salary payments. Dogecoin despite being a meme is now regularly accepted at Walmart. ETH has either upgraded to be more efficient or is taken over by something that has low gas fees and works easier.

Now the fun part- some trends have flipped around and the world stock market is 10 trillion dollars while the total crypto market is 40 trillion.

Crypto is now the preferred market even across the globe since it makes it easier to move around and deal with that instead of regular currencies.
